Frame Saver 5mm
Frame Saver 5mm
The Frame Saver is designed to help repair the thread in your frame if you do not have a replaceable dropout-hanger on the bike.
Two sizes are available, 5mm and 7mm depending on the thickness of your frame hanger.
This 5mm Frame Saver is for bikes with 6mm frames.
This Frame Saver is made from 6061 Grade Alloy and anodised in black.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
To use the Frame Saver you will need a M12 Drill (0.472") to drill out the hanger hole in the frame, then insert the Frame Saver from the back of the frame and then screw your derailleur directly into the Frame Saver.
