Delivery Information

Here at Kevela - Online Cycle Components we strive to despatch orders within 2 working days of receipt of order, where possible we try to despatch either the same day or the very next working day.

All small orders totaling a packaged weight of less than 2kg are sent via Royal Mail, larger and bulkier orders may be sent via a carrier.

UK Mainland Deliveries
The time it takes an order to reach you can vary depending on your location, most deliveries sent to UK Mainland arrive within 2 to 5 working days using standard Royal Mail 1st Class, however there can be occasions when this time is extended. Delivery delays can occur in times of adverse weather, industrial action, crisis or peak trading times such as Christmas.

There are additional options available to quicken up the delivery process by selecting an alternative option in the Postage & Packing dropdown before checking out.

International Deliveries
Deliveries to locations outside of the UK can take much longer to arrive, we would advise allowing up to 30 working days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GOODS SENT TO EU AFTER 1st July 2021
Goods sent to EU countries will incur additional charges such as Import duties, VAT and handling charges. Please be aware we are not responsible for any additional charges made after the item/s have been despatched.
